  2. in the TV medium fostered new kinds of dialogue 
  3. and awareness on the part of the TV users. The 
  4. TV user is the content  of TV. Everybody who 
  5. exists within any manmade service environment 
  6. experiences all the effects that he would undergo 
  7. in any environment as such. Environments work 
  8. us over and remake us. It is man who is the 
  9. content  of the message  of the media , which are 
  10. extensions of himself. Electronic man must know 
  11. the effects  of the world he has made above all 
  12. things.
